Description: The challenge at this former Montgomery Ward catalog warehouse, built in 1920, was to create an engaging workspace for 600 employees in a 78,000 sq. ft., open concept space, while also complying with strict safety codes, all within a short window before opening. Urban Plantscapes designed and installed a unique biophilic solution, using ASI Earth Walls and a variety of plants, and they did it quickly. Their solution satisfied the building inspector, who had been withholding the CO until a solution was found. The client, an international automotive design and manufacturing company, was ecstatic!
