Human health and well-being have been affected by the quality of environments that people live in (Lopez, 2012). Urban living is usually related to long working hours, heavy workload, tight deadline and unsatisfied working environments (Facey et al., 2015). Concurrently, the risk of mental disorders has been increased in the population bearing psychosocial work stressors in their working environments (Stansfeld and Candy, 2006; Wadsworth et al., 2010).
