GPGB Launches ROI Calculator on the Economics of Office Plants

For employers, healthy offices can improve employee satisfaction, decrease absenteeism, and reduce turnover. Millennials, who will soon become the largest workforce cohort, overwhelmingly desire healthy workplaces – 78% believe workplace quality is a deciding factor in a job search, with 69% willing to trade other benefits for better workplaces.

Workers in office environments with natural elements, such as greenery and sunlight report a 15% higher level of well-being, are 6% more productive, and are 15% more creative.

Calculate the ROI at your facility and see how office plants return BIG on your investment!

Parker Interior Plantscape Inc won the Green Roof & Wall Award of Excellence at the Cities Alive 2022 Conference for their collaboration with EcoWalls on the Drexel University Living Wall. The five-story living wall was reconfigured to feature 161 hydroponic panels, with 42 plants per panel, that can be watered with a micro drip irrigation system using less water than before. Organized both by watering needs and visual cues, these panels are now arranged in an interwoven and colorful pattern to showcase the beauty of the 6,762 plants from 26 different species and cultivars on display.

Thank You to Our Supporters!

Biophilic Gallery

The desire to be connected with nature never ends. Having a biophilic design fulfills that want and desire of being connected to nature even indoors. Look at this wonderful vertical garden using the columns in the Salesforce Tower in San Francisco.

Transurban in Brisbane, Australia wanted their office to have a fine mixture of technology and a grand biophilic design, that encouraged more communication, collaboration, and community. This design has enhanced the staff’s wellbeing and streamlined technology and a culture of innovation.

The objective behind this biophilic design was to join two distinctive offices together and make them as one. They wanted their clients to be impressed by the designs, but also to keep the same harmony in the office. With the right balance of spaces, natural materials, and features this company was able to provide a great working environment with a wow effect!
