In 2025, EILO heading to the vibrant city of Madrid for two days of connection, learning, and celebration! Mark your calendar for September 25–26, when we’ll unveil a refreshed Best Project Award and introduce new activities designed to spark inspiration and collaboration.

This year marks the beginning of a new chapter, with an expanded board bringing fresh energy and ideas to the organization. You’ll first notice this through early registration opportunities for both the Madrid excursion and the Best Project Award 2025.

Just like last year, the program is packed with engaging content: from innovative projects and expert-led education sessions to hands-on learning and plenty of opportunities to network with fellow professionals from across Europe.

EILO also listened closely to feedback. The 2025 edition of the Best Project Award features:

• A renewed emphasis on long-living, thriving green projects

• A brand-new category that highlights project performance five years or more after implementation
