Return Policy

We ship all of our domestic orders via UPS Ground.

Green Plants for Green Buildings always strives to provide excellent customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. In the event you would like to return or exchange an item, we will attempt to make this process as easy as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us with the original packaging in re-sellable condition for a full refund less shipping charges. Shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the buyer. If we shipped you the incorrect item, we will refund you for return ground shipping charges. In the case of exchanges we will be responsible for all ground shipping charges back to you.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience a problem with any of the products please contact us within seven days of delivery so we may resolve any concerns that you may have. We will work with you to take care of the problem immediately regarding refund or replacement.

In order for a refund or replacement to occur, the entire package, including all contents, must be returned. We will then troubleshoot the problem and resolve it accordingly. Returns and/or exchanges are handled on a case by case basis; any refunds issued will be credited in the manner in which payment for the original order was received.

We are not responsible for packages that are returned or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the sender.

In cases where a package is returned as undeliverable, we will make every attempt to contact the customer. The sender can then choose to forward the package to the recipient or otherwise allocate the package contents. If you have concerns related to the delivery of your package, please contact us by clicking here, and we will work with you to achieve an immediate resolution.
