Return Policy

Purchases must be returned within 90 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Some items cannot be returned if opened, including videos and software. Other restrictions may apply.

It’s easy to return a GPGB purchase:

  1. Indicate how you received the item. Are you the purchaser? Are you returning a gift?

  2. If you are the purchaser, return the order in the condition and with packaging as stated above.

  3. When the item is received by Green Plants for Green Buildings and is found to be in the condition stated above, the purchase prices less shipping-handling costs will be refunded to account from which the literature was purchased.

  4. If you are returning a gift, follow the same process as the process is the same as for a purchaser. Please indicate that the item was a gift and name and mailing address to send for your refund check.

  5. State the reason for the return.

  6. The return must be sent in a sturdy container equal to or in better condition than the shipping container the purchase was mailed in. Please return all purchases as stated above to the following address:

If you are returning an item that weighs over 150 pounds, please contact Green Plants for Green Buildings, 800-347-9014 or 707-467-9417 to arrange a pick up for your return.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount for your convenience. If the return is a result of our error, you won't be charged for return shipping.

Tax: The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

Discounts and Promotions: The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount. Other restrictions may apply.
